1. Monthly Subscription Services
AW Marketing operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription model (including our Review Guard and Reputation Pro plans) with no long-term contracts.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next billing date.
2. Refund Terms
- Monthly Retainers: Because our services (such as Google Business Profile management and review monitoring) require active, ongoing resource allocation, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
- Hardware (NFC Stands): Physical NFC stands provided as part of your setup are inspected prior to delivery. If a stand arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost if reported within 7 days of receipt.
3. Service Termination by AW Marketing
AW Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any client at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior toward our team. In the event of termination by us, any unused prepaid management time for active billing cycles will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
